This place is pretty clean and located in a nice building close to the airport, with a shuttle service. It's near WMU, stores, and restaurants 🚗. The bed is incredibly comfy, and the room is super clean and spotless. It's a fantastic option for a trip!

Everything about this hotel lived up to my expectations based on the info describing the hotel on line. Many times, pictures are deceiving,,,,, We have not stayed in a Holiday Inn for many years as most are not updated but we were very pleased with our stay in Kalamazoo. Customer service is very important to me and the entire staff was First-Class !!!! We enjoyed The Burdick restaurant very much but they did not offer the childrens menu until after all the adults had ordered. We spent a lot of money only to find out kids eat free off the childrens menu.

I have only one complaint and to me it was a big deal. When I booked our room I asked for "pool-side" ( and the confirmation said we were given a pool-side room. I also asked that my grown children & grand-children were close by, which they arranged .(they also had pool-side rooms.) I had seventeen family members with me. Whenever I book "pool-side" it means we can walk out our door and be pool-side. We were on the 2nd floor and we could "see" the pool but I had to walk very far to get to it. I am 72 years old and handicapped and I was exhausted.

There was a restaurant inside.

The pillows were soft and lumpy. Bathroom dimly lit and no fan. Filled out the card for breakfast in the morning nobody retrieved it before 10 p.m. the night before like it said it would.

The location is fantastic, situated in a great area with plenty of things to do around 🌟. Plus, there are units here where our kids can swim, perfect for keeping them entertained over spring break!

The room had nice furnishings with enough space, a Keurig coffeemaker, and two queen beds, and we enjoyed our stay at this place; the central location was fantastic.

The rooms are comfy and impressive with a “ modern lamp ”, a Keurig coffeemaker in the suite plus 2 queen beds.

Thoroughly enjoyed my very nice stay on a business trip. The staff was amazingly nice and incredible all the time. The room was well-appointed and spacious with a sofa bed, had essentials required. Central heating, pay TV and a fridge were provided. The location was nice, not too far from Spring Arbor University. Everything was simply great.

This venue has a fantastic location in the atrium area, with convenient access to the airport shuttle, nearby restaurants, stores, and even a bowling alley.

Family-friendly spot with friendly staff 🌞. Lots of good meal choices. Convenient location close to the airport shuttle and nearby attractions. Plus, it's located right in the heart of everything. A perfect way to wrap up our trip.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable. The pool view was awesome. The location was marvelous, close to a bowling alley, restaurants, and stores. The hotel offers an airport shuttle. Voyage Church is conveniently located 2 miles away. We had a great stay during our weekend getaway.

The hotel was quiet and beautiful. The staff was cheerful and everything was wonderful. The rooms were immaculate and exceptionally nice, complete with a Keurig coffeemaker, a sofa bed, and accommodations for 3 adults and 3 children. Smoke detectors were in place for safety measures as well.

We booked a king room with 2 queen beds and could use the wake-up service, which was very convenient. the room had central heating, a television, and a fridge. the hotel's location was great, right next to a restaurant in Kalamazoo and the conference center.
